The Enterprise SLA is formalised in the service agreement (MSA). It specifies the guaranteed availability (99.5% minimum on a monthly basis), response times by incident severity (P1: response within 1h, resolution within 4h), escalation procedures and applicable penalties. The DRP/BCP plan is annexed and auditable. Your CSM is the direct point of contact in the event of a critical incident.
Our onboarding team handles the entire migration. Historical data import, mapping to the Kabaun nomenclature, validation of past reports. A typical migration for a group of 10 to 50 entities takes between 4 and 8 weeks depending on volume and data quality. A parallel run period is possible to ensure data continuity and comparability before final cutover.
Yes. Kabaun Enterprise supports SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, natively compatible with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity and most enterprise IdPs. SSO configuration is performed by our technical team in coordination with your IT department, typical lead time: 2 to 5 business days. Automatic account provisioning (SCIM) is available for Azure AD and Okta.
The Enterprise plan does not apply standard rate limiting. Quotas are defined contractually based on your estimated integration volume. For predictable peaks (year-end exports, overnight ERP batches), high-capacity windows can be reserved in advance. The API exposes real-time usage metrics accessible from your admin space, along with configurable alerts on consumption thresholds.
